We have a very appealing environment where residents live for long periods of time and build strong long-term relationships.

Wyndham Lakes is a swim and tennis community. Beyond these amenities we have a community clubhouse for events and gatherings, a 3-acre lake for fishing, and a playground for the kids.

We have an active HOA and encourage residents to get involved and help make a difference together.

Architectural Control Committee

ACC

The Wyndham Lakes Declaration of Covenants called for the creation of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The Architectural Control Committee is tasked with preserving community appearance standards to help maintain property values.

The published Wyndham Lakes ACC Standards provide further details relating to the functioning of the committee and the processes involved. ACC Standards available in Downloads section below.

Wyndham Lakes homeowners are to submit a modification request for ACC approval on any exterior project planned. If approved, the modification must be completed within 12 months. See link below.

There will be a Wyndham Lakes Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday April 13, starting 1pm at the clubhouse. Reach out to Yarelis if you would like to help with this event!

The 2025 Annual Meeting had record turnout, and great feedback and input from homeowners. The 2025 budget was approved, a new board member was elected, and a lot of future plans were discussed.
